It is so oddly relateable
I'm very glad you made this flash. This is the kind of thing that PLAGUED me throughout jr. high. The last time I had it was a month ago, and my "man with the cane" was for some reason a "shopping trip" even though I don't shop. And it was like shopping for sleep, but sleep was too expensive and all these other crazy expenses, even ones for rolling on my side, just popped into my head. Those kinds of dreams/hallucinations KILL me because they are so frustrating. You portrayed this extremely well. You definietly have originality on your side and I hope you find alot of success in flash. Good job!

That shopping thing is a typical example of this phenomenon. It's fun afterwards, but hell is it annoying when you're in it. Mostly because at times you realise youre actually just in your bed and all youve gotta do is relax, but you cant ever REALLY let go of the idea that you first have to do this something! I once had that idea that i had to pull enough diamond cards from a card deck so that a boat could travel a certain distance, and then i could sleep. Haven't had any in quite a while, mostly strange, rambling thougts.

The anime was alil "eehhh" ,but i can heavily relate!
I can relate to this...
Yet I remember sometimes where I have a hard time telling if I'm asleep or not.
On a couple of occasions, where I've clearly played too much video games earlier that day, I would dream of sitting up in my bed playing (what else?) video games, during which I feel tired and frustrated. I finally convince myself to put down the controller and lie down...only to find myself playing again the instant later. It feels like I'm awake the whole time, and I have to remind myself that my tv and game system aren't in front of my bed!
