This has lots of potential.
There really needs to be some sound in here and sound effects aswell as audio. Just pop over to the AP and find some. Some major length needs to atteneded to.
THere's not much else to say but it's needed to be improved greatly.

What you have is good so far.
The animation is smooth, but you should really think about completing a piece of work before you submit it. Finish off including the sounds in your movie, perhaps add some more content, and include a soundtrack in the background. You can find plenty of free songs on the Newgrounds Audio Portal.
