A start
While the animation wasn't too hot (it wasn't HORRIBLE, but look at some of the other stuff that gets submitted, u still have work to do)
and the jokes were too... specific (Runescape doesn't have a huge following, and perhaps many newgorund members won't get too many of the jokes)
it DID have a couple laughs, and you do show promise as a flash artist.
work on the art, and pick a better topic, but keep the wit... u might have something

nice and crazy except the random spamming of the characters (characters as in keyboard characters)

well definitely better then some of my first submissions lol
but here are somethings that will help you later
first voices, this would have been great with some voice acting
second stick people are ok sometimes but try making them actually walk and what not
third try to make a different sound effect when the rainbow tv thing comes up like a static sound or something
