Like with the first one, I compliment on a job well done. This time, however, I didn't find the music timed as well as you did last time. Also, when you pan the background downward (like right before Zoro and Guile are on the scene), it moves a little bit too slowly, while when you pan it from right to left, it moves a little too quickly.
Also, your fight scenes are nothing too great yet, so I recommend on trying to improve on making epic fights by reading some good One Piece fanfiction or re-watching fight scenes in the show. For there to be a good fight, it shouldn't consist of just big hit after big hit, but some small hits, combos, appropriate trading of hits in a non-cliche way, and of course, the ultimate comeback scene (my opinion on doing that is slowly gaining the upperhand rather than a sudden completely dominating the opponent).
As for the story, I didn't find it as well as how you made it t be in the first episode. But I'm sure you have something epic up in your sleeves.

You know, it's quite hard to combine a well-done fight with that system of interactive battle that I used in the first two movies.
But now I think I've come up with a new battle system which will eventually give me the opportunity to free my flair.
About the story... IN MY OPINION, I think the plot it's gonna get better and better in the next episodes (or at least, I'll try my best to do so).
And my flash mastery is getting better, too. Slowly, but it's getting better.
