I have just one question
Where was the city? Well at least we know you can work good with sprites but the title never gave much meaning to this flash. Keep working on it and try to use some backgrounds.

The city was lost in the war of 2304, when the creatures from planet Narkom II came to the city to destroy it and claim it as their own. However, our soldiers fought valiantly and tirelessly until they had fought off their attackers and stopped the invasion. But sadly, the city was in complete and utter ruin. The people took what they had and left to seek better lives in a place less bleak and desolate. The people built a new city elsewhere and named it Edmonton, after a heroic soldier who gave his life in the war. It was a terrible war, and the few left who remember it know of the tragedy it brought upon the city and it's people.
Again, nothing special
Just a string of running sprites. And the city is the one in "Sonic Adventure 2: Battle." Sonic is trying to outrun and escape from the military.
