I never was a fan of those helicopter games but i really liked yours. My only question was why can you move the ship foward on the screen. Mabey i didnt get far enough into the game to find it useful, but it seems like you could have mabey saved yourself some time unless you just wanted to make us (the gamers) feel more in control of our ship in which case kudos to you.
I did the any direction movment because thats how ships can move.

great game, i personally am a huge fan of red dwarf and found this game pretty good!
although i am a bit surprised that you didnt try to use the red dwarf theme tune in there, instead you went for some odd twing-twangy chinese music.... still now that i think of it the theme tune wouldnt fir in too well with thepace of the game, maybe it would've been find on the menu though.

the only reason i gave it a 4/5 was because i am a fan of the red dwarf series.

I actually expected this to suck. It looks like it's gonna be a helicopter clone, but you did it with arrow keys and fuel which was good. For some reason, despite the fact that it looks even while playing like it wouldn't be fun, I played it at least 4 or 5 times before getting bored, so whatever you did, it worked :D
