Needs more work
It's a nice idea, but it needs more work like:
more backgrounds,
better ninja to dress up ( not stickman ),
more music ( that part was ok though )
and more items like kunai ( Japanese throwing/fighting knives )

at least an option to either turn the music off or change the tune

More colors because it so dull and boring

It only has 2 backgrounds and you cant change its gender(its pretty obvious 'cause it is the ninja is a stick people)
Well the weapons a little bit of a crap but thats ok and i don't know where to put those wounds.
And the last... maybe.. there should be a belt where the shurikens are to be places because every ninja has that belt.
But it is alright

it was allright nothing special. sorry to say that. but i agree needs better graphics. but it makes me laff.
it may need more colors and accsesories.
