You did nice work I used the small quicks shooting things to beat every level, they're cheap and great the bomb stinks though, but very nice game 10/10

This game reminds me of Age Of Mythology and professional games like that. Some great things about it are:
Nice music
Very thorough, has tons of units and stuff
Unlimited queuing is very nice.
The Oil Tank idea is imaginative.
Some things that are lacking and make it look unprofessional are:
The screen scrolls way too easily, it's hard to select large bunches of troops and it's also difficult to select those buttons at the bottom. I would recommend using the arrow keys for scrolling instead. Also, the screen scrolls way too fast.
The graphics aren't too good.
The text in the bottom is too small; I can't read what the blue text says when you build something and can't build anymore.
It's possible to have negative money.
You can't destroy buildings or units.
There's nothing telling us what units are good at what.
It's far too hard to maintain a good amount of money without huge oil reserves, because the oil things run out too quickly.
There's no grouping or selecting all of one type of unit in the area.
Overall, there's a lot of little annoyances, and the game is a little too hard, but it's pretty fun.

Ok, I will try to improve on the game and fix some of the bugs you've mentioned. Which buildings or units can't be destroyed? I'm also checking the problem of negative money cause the game on my pc does not encounter that problem. Thx for commenting!

once i figured things out it was to easy so you should make an multiplayer version.
