As someone who basicly dry humpped Bioshock from the time it came out, till a month ago, I found this... Somewhat funny. Not all that funny, but it was nicely done. Good job on the art, the characters actually looked good, which surpized me. So there is no real area's for me to tell you to improve in, other then, maybe...
...Don't try to hard to be funny, I hardly cracked a smile at this, and I'll usually start laughing at anything remotely funny. There was only one real problem I had with this movie, and it was that it was like squeezing a tube of 'attepted lawl' paste. You may have spent a good amount of time on this, but the main factor is that its ment to be a parody, I didn't find anything but the begining related to Bioshock. (The Little Sister Scene) and even that was tasteless. I don't care about your other work, but if this is your first Parody flash, you should know that unless you're going to make sequals to this, that there should have been more scenes involving different things. Not just a Big Daddy looking for work.
1/5: Too sour for me, not really a parody.
2/10: Mainly because I wouldn't recommend anyone to view this themselves.
Also, you may want to work on a darker enviornment, it would give the Bioshock feel. The enviornment of the flash was... nothing like Bioshock, I never seen such a clearly lit area in Bioshock, hell, the plane wasn't even flurished with light.
