Very funny game, and it works quite well overall, but has few drawbacks. I thought that the art looked pretty nice for an old grandpa, kinda reminds me of the way political cartoons look. The music was well placed too, and the punching sound effects didn't get annoying although they were a little repetitive.
Now as for functionality of the game, I can't say it was perfect. The stamina bar was a good idea, but grandpa here doesn't have one to balance things out, so you run out of breath rather quickly while it's impossible for him to. The main game breaker was that there was no way to tell which direction he was blocking in, so there was little strategy besides luck to hit him. There was a major exploit where you could hit left over and over again with a little timing and knock him out without any other strategy involved.
