It's Not Really Funny
I don't know what else to say, it's just not very funny, I'm sorry.
There's no humor, the animation's poorly done, and it's widely incomprehensible and shares no similarities to the game.
This could be a movie about anything, it essentially doesn't use the identity of Portal at all (except the two comments about cake).
Like, couldn't you have thought of some jokes about using the actual portals, or made some humorous commentary for the computer to say?
There's a fair bit of potential in the idea, but... yeah.
