Not really remixed
Asteroids is a classic game and I really like it. But you game wasn't really a remix of it. There weren't lots of changes, just the background and the sounds. Also, the filesize was very big to a very simple game. Try compressing it next time, probably it was the music file that was big.
Try adding some more things so the game gets completely remix, as the title says. Maybye a new game mode, like a harder mode where we can have bigger asteroids and a more resistent spaceship shooting us.
Remixing games is always a nice thing, you just need to do it the right way.
