Reviews for "Brick! 3"

Improvments can still be made.

First off, I don't see a speed cap for the balls.
Second, you might want to fix the little bug that causes me to lose my ball when it's falling straight down and I hit it with the tip of my paddle... if it IS a bug.
Third, you could've told the players that the game can be paused by pressing P.
Fourth, you could've provided a mute button for those who disliked the music, and maybe sounds for hitting each brick (with a way to mute those sounds).
Finally, on the level editor, why is it that you have to reselect the delete tool every time you remove a brick? It also seems a bit inaccurate, removing the wrong brick at times.

daperson1 responds:

Make a better one then you abusive lump of turd.

not bad

not bad but the ball eventually gets way too fast and if the ball hits the edge of the paddle the ball just goes right through it

daperson1 responds:

Speed is intended, going through paddle is a minor bug that happens when th ball reaches truly insane speeds.

BRICK

I love brick I play it at school all the time.

daperson1 responds:

Thank you.
So why only 9/10? What's wrong with it?

:( ???

well done but i didnt get to work on this one..:( oh well maybe next time eh daperson1?

daperson1 responds:

That is the case.
You will be wanted for Brick!4.

OK,

This would be a good game if it didn't break too many basic rules.

1. Make the ball bounce in the direction that it lands on your paddle. That way, skill is involved, and it's more than just a game of keepey-upy.

2. The ball should excelerate, but not at the rate of which you set it. That way, it gets challenging, but at a rate that the player can manage.

daperson1 responds:

Erm... IT DOES bounce off at the direction you hit it? According to which side of the paddle it hits affects it's direction.
