I'll be honest
Honestly: The graphics suck, and all of these years later I STILL don't understand why people like clock crew flashes.
Honestly: This game proves that game mechanics are key to an enjoyable video game. Over all this is pretty entertaining. There is little replay value and no real reward to doing well, but all in all it's pretty damn good.

I started losing lives at around 800,000, but still met the awesome quota of over one million points, and died fairly quickly thereafter.
Some possible improvements include a leaderboard, more powerups (possibly a store), and perhaps StrawberryClock as an occasional boss?

Would have been a lot better if the title screen song continued to play within the game.
