gfx are ok
it's ok for an intro to something, but even then, it needs a background, and other than the dog dissapearing for half a second, something needs to happen, there needs to be some kind of a plot, or sequence of events. It doesn't have to be too long, but it has to have a point, or some humor, something that will keep people tuned in.

That was a great picture of a dog breathing. Try to make the dogs head move with the breathing, mostly because you can see white where the body is stretching by his neck. Also, come up with a story. Most files that get through the judgement stage have a story that is... well, normally pretty good, even though the animation isn't good. Make that dog throw up a hand, or... have a guy walk in and say, "Hey, Fido! I'm home from work! Who's ready to get neutered?" or something and you'll definately get a higher score.
