That was unexpected
I was expecting more of a break in, But a monster?! that was quite a suprise. For your first flash this was actully very well done, your animation skills are actully better then 30% of the people here. Nice work

that was funny at the same way kind of freaky cuz i thought the burglar did that with his knife then i found out it was a huge something ma call it but it was good u should make a part that shows what happens next

This is a good movie, don't think that it sucks eyerecon. The minimal animation and crude graphics actually lend to the horror feel, IMO. Good job, but of course you could do better with your next (lengthen it, add more sound variety, etc.) but a great first flash, nonetheless.
