The sound was so bad. You really should listen to it before you submit, the levels are way off. One part is so quiet that I have to turn my speakers up, and then it's blasting loud. Get some kind of balance. Besides that, it was a really corny joke, and the annoying girl went on way too long. I understand you wanted to drive in the fact that she was annoying, but really, that was way too long for such a crappy joke. Aside from that, you can really draw, but you aren't really animating much. Most of the time there was no movement on the screen, maybe a mouth movement. This could have been a comic and have been just as good. Well, if it was a comic I wouldn't have had to listen to the horrible sound so it would have been much better.

Hmm, well drawn, and it was a funny idea, so I'll give it a high 2, but it dragged on so long that I was thinking "God, get on with the show!" with Reiko repeating a trick she performed in the first movie and was too predictable. The pun would've been funny, but its the long drag out that killed it again, rather than seeming funny, it just seemed mean and pointless. Also, Reiko should've shown signs of increasing irritation, she just seemed to sit quietly, didn't even seem bothered by the incredibly annoying cat-chatter. A good idea with good art skills, but it failed in its primary purpose, which was to be funny.
good concept-bad cartoon
I consider myself a morbid person and generally find dark things attractive/humorous. However, in the case of Reiko, you have a perfect example of really great concept. A demonic family steeped in Japanese mysticism and culture where they run around having dark little adventures. Great! Not to mention the animation isn't too bad either. But it needs more than that. It needs a captivating plot as well. This flash is a perfect example. Reiko just sits there like a form of fungi as another character also sits there and acts irritating. Then Reiko does her little demon flick eats the kitty; spouting a little one liner to seem clever. Unfortunately, that's not interesting. Anyone keeping track of Reiko know shes a Demon and periodically does sadistic little demon things. More motion, characters, and dialog need to be incorporated into the individual episodes. The only reason I say this is because the concept itself is great! But it needs to evolve into more than the simple demon escapades you currently employ. If this is done this could be a really great cartoon.
