I LOVED IT! This has to be the best 3D surgery game out there. I do have one favor to ask though. Is there anyway for you to go back to that medievel time? Like the 1300's. Pioneers of medicine experimenting trying to find new ways to help people. Im just asking thanks. 5/5.

This is mercage! I always wanted a surgery simulation set during the battles of the civil war! Or something like that. Anyways, I love this. My number 1 favorite thing would have to be the different tools. Not just a simple, bland bandage, stitches... thats it. Another thing was the atmosphere. It has a very dark atmosphere, felt a lot like Exmortis in my opinion. Time to wait for number 3.
