Amazing
Amazing game, I loved it and I must agree with the other reviewers, This is better than Dark Cut 1...I also enjoyed your Easter egg, nice way to show viewers how well you have gotten over the years, and shows others who aren't so good at flash that with a little more experience they will get better and hopefully be able to be good as you :)

Good so far but the "dancing saw" is still affecting me i cant get past the self surgery.

This has got to be one of the best games I have ever played - really well done! Very clever how you had the idea about you having to do it to yourself. The graphics were perfect, especially the part where the patient is in great pain. I remeber where you did a thread about wheather you should make a game with this much gore, and I'm very glad you did. I'm surprized it isnt front paged yet.
The preloader message scared me though :P
Also - on the portal page, it comes up as Dark Cut² (I dont know where the  came from). You might want to look into that.
Loved it.
I liked the first one and the realism of this one is amazing too. Shows just how brutal surgery was back then. Loved the "fourth" surgery. ^_^ I also really liked the effect that happened with the rubbing alcohol.
Only complaint is how close together the tools were on the menu.
good but has some annoying parts
like when it turns black and white and and the the guy shakes his hand and at the end with that loud ringing noise.
what i do like is the game highlights the things you need to use with that white line.
Overall pretty good game
