i think i found the easter egg u can havent checked yet
u can kill the guy on the 2nd surgery by mutting the peace of scrap deeper in the wound :p

Intense!
I'm a fan of the Trauma Center games. Needless to say, I like the first Dark Cut. This one though, this was epic. Much darker, much more grisly, borderline Saw calibur (which for some reason, I can't stand, but that's another story). I jumped at the "Question" there at the end of the third mission, jumped even more when I saw what it was pointing towards. It was epic. Well done.

so crazy but realistic, and cutting your legg off with a rusty saw while keeping on pressing space for"will to live" and getting yourself dtunk while you only have 20% health left and explosence are everywhere

Better than the original. 1 problem:
On the 4th surgery, if you reach "town drunk" it makes the saw dance.
I thought u fixed that bug
