Awesome game, but, i don't know if I wasn't hitting my spacebar hard enough, 'cause it never reached the end, but I like it though XD

Challenging in the best way. This makes those amateur surgeon games look like nothing. I wish there were more thorough instructions at the very beginning but figuring out how to use things and when to use them is part of the challenge that makes this game infuriating but tremendously executed.
It's raw, it's realistic and I love it!
