Reviews for "Army of Destruction"

Needs some work

It's not clear where you are shooting from. Perhaps just a personal preference, but I really dislike games where you have to click on an enemy to shoot them. Make bullet arcs instead. The game has very excellent graphics and animations, and you can do a lot with this engine you've created.

Annoying

There's way too much going on in the background, and I absolutely hate text that you can't skip.

Being able to one-shot enemies with a headshot is cool though.

Well done

I found the game to be pretty good, the graphics weren't too bad, the game play wasn't too bad either.
The annoying thing was the money, you really have to conserve it to be able to win at the end levels otherwise you're screwed.
All the people who say that it's hard to get a headshot are just morons tbh, it's really not hard at all you just gotta concentrate a little bit... which I suppose is hard for certain people to do... but anyway.

Well done with this, I'm looking forward to any sequels and hope that they are even better than this.

heh

nothing new... basic defencer without turret...

Not what I expected

I'll be honest. This game is not my cup of tea. I selected it expecting a Defense type game, and what I got was an arcade/shooter. So I feel that maybe one of the problems with this game is that it's not listed in the correct category. When you don't get what you expect, it makes it hard to really appreciate what makes a game unique & different.

Based on what I'm reading, the author is still working hard to this game to make it better. I think that right now, you're off to a good start & have a strong foundation to build on. I wish you the best of luck in your efforts to balance things out & add in some additional features.

Some suggestions:

1) In addition to weapons, can we perhaps have traps/barriers to use as well? That would make this more of a true defense game.

2) Perhaps some ways to upgrade what you have, so that it performs better? If that's already in there & I just didn't play long enough to see it, then nevermind.
