There have been better parodies.
There have been better, funnier TMNT parodies and you should try to make another one. Its not that your ideas were bad, just that you didn't focus on one joke (You had the joke with Leo & Mike going on then the one with Don.) and stick with it. Also, your animation was original but lacking in consistant mouth movement. I grant you that the part where Don put a tape in his head to remember was funny but then you had him speak out of his head after that. Not that memory part wasn't funny, but the head part just seemed like you were being lazy. Your voices seemed to break in a couple of places too and why I don't know because I have never made a flash. Just work on these things and you'll make an even better flash. You have good skills so just take this advice to improve your work. Keep up the good work.
I have always been big fan of REBELS...
I always loved REBELS.. Random humour, original style, nice graphics, great concept...
But this toon seems incomplete, the ending is sudden and weird.. It looks like you got bored of the series and did this part half-hearted, without concept, ideas.. If it's last part, then it's ending in bad style. I know you can do way better than this.
