Reviews for Goombas The Movie

[Objection]

OK, not great.

The main plot of this seems to be a Goomba getting a new girlfriend, so what's with the 'We'll be kings if it works!'
Secondly, 8-bit Super Mario Bros sprites and more-than-8-bit Super Mario World backgrounds are not a good combo.
But don't get me wrong. There were some good bits. I quite liked the use of the Pink Panther theme, although the remix doesn't have the same stealthy feel. Perhaps use the original instead.
Finally, you missed out the fight scene between Mario and one of the Goombas. For that reason alone, I give this a 2/5 and 3/10 instead of a 3/5 and a 5/10.

heheh :) i dont like the word "mimic" but yes i did got a few ideas... and in no. 3 thwomp # 1 was in it... i did make three episodes then a movie.. but that's not mimiced from the thwomps.. well i did just make some episodes, and then Shuko did come with this long story... so it should be the movie :)

Cool.

I liked it, although it would have been a lot better if it was longer. When mario was saying stuff in his sleep it was quite good, and the pink panther style music was great. I think it's from the Pink Panther, anyway. Overall, I enjoyed it, but some of it had a tacky feel that made it look noobish. For example, the female goombas looked odd, and some writing didn't fit into the textbox. Use the text tool next time.
But yeah, all in all this was pretty enjoyable. Just make another with a longer, less predictable story. 8/10.
