I liked it
I love Scrubs, and this was pretty good.
On a side note, even though some people haven't created flash themselves, they may still be able to offer good advice.

its really good animation. but really you surrounded your efforts into something thats already in the media. if you tried to emulate the characters you didnt do that good of a job on it to be honest, if not, its pretty good.
keep going but make something up yourself. the inspiration is there but you just have to do it all yourself.

A solid animation. It flowed well, and was fairly funny. Obviously not the best animation in the world, but I think that 2 easy things to do that would've really improved it, would've been to add a bit of background/scenery, and a few more gesticulations.

it was really well animated, the lip sinking killed, I had to take a point of though because you took the sound from scrubs. Great job though!
