Excellent Work!
I must say that I'm quite impressed with the time and care that must have been taken in the production of this work. Excellent Audio, particularly the music selection, but the voice acting also offered a great deal. I always love to see artist pursue solid story concepts, and there is definitely a motivation here.
A few things to work on, as no work is perfect:
Many of your action transitions are a bit rough, with key movements missing from the events. This would be less important at a higher frame rate, but regardless of the speed you still need to work on mapping out motion better. In particular the landings that the Tony and Jack both make, are lacking a fluid sense. One thing you might try is a planning sketch where you outline their body positions in each frame through the event. Try to make sure that you maintain even spacing, and slow gradually so that each picture occurs right where the audience's eye expects it to be. When your characters jump or hesitate unnaturally it can create an unsettling effect which will do a lot of damage to the suspension of disbelief.
