Simple
You've obviosly put some work into this, but if you do make another i would change these things:
- Enemies fading as there shot, why.
- Even on low setting this game lagged on my pc, which is weird as the graphics arn't exactly intense.
- Movement, especially falling felt slow and sluggish.
- The ground/platforms could be bumped and flashed when shot, but why.
- You are a guy with a Green shirt and a gun fighting brick things, does it really fit?
Thanks for the review. I just decided to fade the enemies as I shot them, not sure why, seemed cool at the time. Not sure why it was slow! I'll try to make the movements a bit faster on my next game.
The platforms bumped and flashed as it seemed as a cool effect, lots of platform games have the platform moving up as a person hits them so i decided to try it out and the flash was just to show the bullet was absorbed by the platforms.
The game might seem weird but it is original and later on the levels, you fight different things like mushrooms.

Hitdetection is extremely poor to the point of being frustrating. Stop using the hitTest function. Enemies weren't even a challenge. The game seemed way too easy. Better luck on your next game. However, I won't blam this as it seems you put some time into it.
Thanks for not blamming it, I used the hit test as it is the only way I know how to. In my next game, I will try to use an alternative way, if you know of any, would you mind PMing me and telling me the way.

cool game , but in the swamp on the level where u need to kill everything to proceed, u cant grab 2 of the coins on the upper ledge at the end, also if u dont kill the monsters before u get there u are stuck as u cant go back to the left
the two coins are just there for fun, you can't get them but you try to and if you don't kill the monsters as you go through, you wont finish it. If you get stuck, you can always, just click main menu and then load the game up again as long as you saved it in the shop. :)
Doesn't work on Opera
Looks like a fun game, and I would love to play it, but it doesn't work on my comp, whether that's because I use opera or because its a mac or something. Anyway, hope you fix that so I can play it and give you an honest review
It should work, not sure why it isn't. Try on internet explorer or mozilla firefox and wait for it as it may take a while to load.
