Slow action
It moved a little too slow for an "action" title. Maybe up the FPS? Also, the voice at the beginning tried a LITTLE too hard to be dramatic and ended up sounding cheesetastic.

ok well the grafix arnt to bad, but its slow. try making it move a little faster, and have a more realistic gun sound. and it would be much better

They aren't guns, they're laser guns. Not supposed to sound realistic.
No offence (actually...)
THis is bad for a madness tribute. NO offence, but this was way too simple. And Madness is known for having no plot you need to worry about following. This is not madness (I bet at least ten people thought "This is SPARTA!")
