A good improvement
I do like. You've definately gotten better with your human movement. I might advise a little more definition to the characters looks before animation.

Dude that was the best DMC flash i've seen so far but the vocies were to low and the sound affects to high. non-the-less it was still good.

This is leaps and bound better than the first one, a bit shorter but everything was better. Graphics, Voice Acting, The fight scenes. I like how Dante didn't just use Rebellion and Ebony & Ivory and you made him use all his other weapons. Good job look forward to the 3rd one.
