i'm not all that big on the whole 'choose your winner' thing, but overall, not too shabby. and no-one who hasn't been doin this for years should compare themselves to Proxi, cuz that is one bad mofo. but anychickens, you were sayin you needed photoshop for backgrounds but had no money?
solution: GIMP for Windows. its an open-source photoshop clone (well not exactly but you get the idea) go google it. i was gonna put the url but i dont wanna get banned

I have to agree with you on the "choose your fighter" thing but i was rushing it so i really didn't take my time and put some effort in it. I just wanted to submit the thing already! :P
That photoshop problem is actually taken care of. i got \someone who is going to make my backgrounds and stuff.

Well... this one was a one off! I once thought that you didn't like the endings of Proxi's work! B'coz I know the 'real' winners of all of them!
Besides that, I kinda like the 'select the winner' thang w/ the big fireball at the end and the electro shocker too! But I think it would've been better if you used the "get over here' sounds since you used both 'Get over here' and 'Come here'!
Since you want suggestions for a 4 on 4 battle, I say the Lin Kuei ninjas(Scorpion, Sub-zero, Reptile, and I dunno maybe Ermac) vs the Shoto4(Ryu, Ken, Akuma and Sakura)! But it's your choice! It would be very cool to see them all fight in one movie!
And one more thing, I think the frame speed was a bit too slow, try making it 24fps! See ya!

Well, its not that i don't like " the endings of Proxi's work" they are very well thought and very well animated; its just that his battles are too one sided! if he made MK vs SF 4 then we would know who that the MK guy would have the advantage at the end and out of nowhere another SF guy would pop out and beat the shit out of MK.
I really like the select your winner too! its good for the audience, so that i don't get some SF fans pissed and start voting 0's! I don't think that using the Get over here and Come here in the same movie because scorpion uses both in the game.

I was actually using 30fps. but the fps kept changing out of control! you can see the difference in Ryu's hurricane kick: at the beginning he goes a lot faster than he does when he hits Raiden.

u should have to take attention towards ur fps in flash.
infact ur this animation is better than ur preivous one.
so always try to do something new. It will make u
improve ur skills in flash. I think u will do better in ur
next animation and try some photoshop work also in ur animation.
it can help u in building cool interfaces.
