I think its so cute! I don't practice the Chinese new year, but I've participated in two of their festivals while I was in the area, and I've heard songs sung like this before. Good work, though the animation could use a few "in-between" stuff.. just to smooth it out a bit. 9/10 though ^^

The animation and the graphics were not too bad and thanks for translating the song since I don't speak mandarin...I speak cantonese xD Ahh I love chinese new year and the song was okay but I could like better chinese new year songs =P
