Yeah..
The artwork and such is pretty nice.. but I don't really like Master Cheif. Especailly considering Link is a far more contributive character overall to video gaming, in my opinion.
The sound is decent, you were able to avoid having to lip synch, being he wears a helmet.. So yeah.
Being as I don't like Master Cheif, i'm not going to downgrade you just for that, considering your flash skills aren't poor to say the least. I'll also ignore my feelings towards teabagging being incredibly homosexual, and Link also being fairly gay himself. I could rant on about Link perhaps enjoying being teabagging, and ect, but that's not really constructive criticism, now is it?
