Beginning with birds following his movement was awesome. Birds suddenly attacking him wasn't so awesome. Sound getting repetetive wasn't awesome. Bird taking down building was awesome. Rest wasn't.

Either way, you must appeal tosome audiences, and good animation skills :).
Just one question...
While I understand that due to perspective it will appear that some of the birds only have 1 leg, there are some that have only 1 leg in angles where both would ordinarily be visible. This cost you some major points. Also, there was a problem with your audio, mostly the voice work being mixed at too low of a level. Other than those things, I thought you did a pretty good job on this, your art was better than many here on Newgrounds, your animation was reasonably smooth. not bad at all
definitely funny bits (highlight: bird/skyscraper moment) but other bits of it (slow to start, "whaddaya want from me?" sequence) weren't as great. I sort of had a big problem with the way the soundtrack's constructed so jarringly, but that might just be me.
