After a certain point of raising my speed, stealth, and power, my dude became a speedy demon that was silent and could push over cows merely by walking past them.
Ran into a problem where I eventually couldn't touch the space that initiated the cow tipping ym dude was so fast.
Entertaining, though.

Slow, then fun, then too easy, then buggy
It was fun. There are a few bugs, though.
The main bug is that the place where you can actually start pushing the cow is a bit too small, and I think once you reach a certain speed there will be times when you can't get to it at all thereby making that cow invincible. I think you just need to increase the area that starts the cow tipping a bit.
The second bug is that if you are no longer on the screen when the cow hits the ground (once you have sufficient speed to make this possible, of course), you are not credited with the tip, nor does the awareness meter increase.
At a certain point, bugs and all, as you said it becomes too easy. Not sure how you would change that, but it'd be nice to give the game a little more longevity. Simply scaling up the time it takes to get good upgrades would not be the way to go. Needs a new element entirely. But it's a nice little game the way it is now, just a bit buggy.
