Cool feature with the button for print scrn ing, but the problem is that the bottom wound still shows up. Add more stuff and maybe I can give you a better score.

You showed that you can use(or copy and paste) basic actionscript and that you can draw simple graphics... but that's about it. Although, that was enough to get a 4/10... I guess that says something...

I would vote 8 if you improved the options available... eg, other things to hold other than guns, and shadows? Just some suggestions, really up to your creativity.
If you make this comparable to all the 'free' smileys available, you would have gotten yourself a place in newgrounds history.

....... The little bit of animation is pointless, it wont transfer over with print screen. Since emoticons are ment for messages of some sort (e.g. IM, Email, forum, etc...,) try telling people how to use it as such. i Dont know if ANY let you just copy and paste an image in.
You say to edit it in some program? Most such programs could make them better from scratch.....
So, in conclusion, keep the idea, but completely rethink and remake how you present it.
