A Tale to Learn From
I liked the poem, though I'll admit the text was a bit hard to read at times. Perhaps a voiceover would help, if you ever felt up to it. Primarily it was the font choice, which got garbled by the flash compression, no doubt.
I would have loved to have scene this tale a little more fully animated, perhaps even if just with changes between scenes with each stanza to show the progression of the story. Still, even as it stands it's pretty awesome. I like it.

Morons say your grammar was bad. They're morons though. Either way, though the animation was promising, the rolling text thing was very tedious - You could try doing the poem as it's acted out in the flash, with a creepy voice narrating it over the animation or something. It would make for a much more watchable flash.
