The actual animation of it was more than decent for a first submissions, however... 9.2 Megabytes for a 15 second animation will never fly here. Stream the audio, man. Set it to stream at a low-medium bit rate and it would reduce the file size HUGELY! That movie wouldn't have been more than say 1 meg if you did this instead of the 9.2 that it was. Also make it longer next time. The animation was decent (though obviously all tweens) but the whole thing was like 15 seconds and for an animation based on a ninja show there was very little fighting. Just tweened the sand coming out of Gaara's gourd. Stick with it though, if you make some long ones they could be really good. Just stream the audio correctly and add more of a story. If you want some help/pointers on how to optimize playback without having a huge filesize then feel free to PM me and I'll tell you all you need to know.
Not Bad
Definitely some decent animation using tweens for a new artist, but it's really WAY too short and you need to compress the audio. 9.2MB is far too large for this. It should be no larger than 2MB and THAT'S pretty big.
Also, your preloader is screwed up a bit. Somehow you have it on a couple frames making it have issues. It's a good idea to let the NG preloader stand on its own on ONE frame until you learn more.
Decent graphics as well. Keep trying and add to this.
