nod bad...
it reminded me of eee (played the demo on psp once). but it could be improved: it needs some balancing, the destroyed dots give way too much bonus time in hard mode, the game never ends (i stopped at 35k points). and you could also make the dots move in more than 8 directions. use the sin/cos-functions and not just x++ and y++...
another bug: if you get hit by the dots, sometimes they pop over the gui/hud.

Yes, it's not bad. But it doesn't make people want to play it again.

Some things could be extended though, particularly the length. Maybe some obstacles or bonus types of weapons, ie. Mines.

Your not quite Newgrounds material with this yet... the music was bearable, the time limit was too small, or the targets took to much off at once, they sped up as your grenade sped up, and it was buggy
