Sorry bro...
I'll give you a seven for the effort but i'm not impressed. here are my reasons.
#1: This isnt a flash. its a pivot. i screw around with the program my self from time to time. like godirlyneedaname said, all you did was convert a pivot to flash form and add music. (btw gotirlyneedaname is a terriable speller, sentence structurer and hes probably your age)
#2 its short. i can understand the lack of an attention span (no offence) that comes with being an eight year old, but if this is a problem just save your work and come back to it from time to time. its what i do :D
#3 its REALLY choppy. i know i may be alittle harsh when i say it wasnt smooth, but seriously you need to put alittle effort into makeing it look pleasing to the eye, otherwise a longer animation will be hard to sit through.
but on a brighter note, im happy to see someone like you try, im inspired by your effort and happy to see a kid trying to run his own in a league so big.
and for anyone wondering, no. i am not a homosexual.

It was not bad, although a few tips is in store
If you want to make a music video set your sound to stream so your not constantly having it one or two seconds off.
Also try to either up the frame rate on your toons or try tweening both for a smoother feel
Your only 8.... maybe but you have the talent to do this, so just keep tryinh I guess. I mean hell your already better then I was at 14
