Chaos is a creature that played a role in Sonic Adventure. Is the Chaos in this series supposed to be the same one?

Great Series
This is a creative storyline and great series. Luigi almost looks like Maluigi from Luigi: Two Lights' Hero made by Meinos and The Flying Power up from Super Mario Galaxy when he changed to Blight Luigi. Bowser almost looks like Dark Bowser from Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story when he powers up. Overall, This is a great series.

and theres a huge improvement in battle animations from 3 to 4
