An okay non-ecard.
You know, I am a little bit conflicted. I am not sure if this is your work or not. However, I will review this as I feel fit. I think that the look of the character of Moltar looks very nicely done, as do some of the machinery he fiddles with. However, the character hardly moves and that could also help make the movie better. As well as that, some audio - maybe some voices here and there and/or perhaps some background birthday music.

Well this was really one of my first attempts at animating anything. Prior to this I mainly did drawings and a few small animations that only blinked ect...I don't even know how this passed the portal, but I've learned a lot since I made this and I am making slightly better flashes with much more motion and lots of sound effects. I would go back and edit this, but it's really not worth it at this point. I'd rather focus on other flashes.

Good artwork but maybe animate his body moving a little bit as if he's really interested in it next time?

Good effort
I like Moltar a lot along with the rest of the Space Ghost crew. Perhaps if you make more, you could add sound and/or possibly some more animation. Heck I'd settle for some witty banter between Moltar, Zorak and Space Ghost but that's just me. Moltar rocks but adding sound/music would pay greater homage to the "real" star of the show.
