Pleasant surprise.
When the daily newsletter told me that this had won 1st place, I decided to check out the previous episode first. I didn't like it. With some tepidation, I checked out this episode... and was very glad I did. A huge improvement over the previous -installment in every way. Witty, offbeat and well-paced. Highly reccommended.
That made me giggle on the inside and out
I have to say that as a lady, the concept of this episode was really funny. The fact that the house was a mess as a result of a woman not being around not only had me cracking up but made me believe that that's most likely true. I also got such a kick out of the old prostitute, and somehow I knew she was going to make a comment about anal.
I will say that this wasn't my favorite episode, though. The fact that you spoofed Lost was cool but the end was a bit much to me. I think it would have been fine had you just ended it with Mike wanting to "play with the hot girl." I also thought you might have been able to pull more laughs had Cuba been in the episode a little more.
BUT... As an avid Tomorrow's Nobodies fan, I will say, despite what comments Chase makes, that simple comment about not being a sausage fest like the TN cartoons had me cracking up pretty hardcore and I respect what you said completely. I loved the fact that you tried to make the differentiation between you guys and the TN crew and you guys definitely have a place in my heart with TN.
I'm excited about episode 6! Keep up the kick ass work, guys.

Style was awesome and clean. Voices were perfect and it was pretty funny, although it almost crossed the line with me b/c I am a girl and... anyway I know... let's just drop it. Good job.
