I really liked that, but I wouldn't have understood if I hadn't started playing RS again weeks ago. That emote thing is true. People randomly ask you to do poses. Still, skill capes are too hard to get. I haven't played enough to get one, yet I've played too much to want one.
Just get cooking to 99, it's easy.

Its funny for the fact the guys on a segway running away from the noobs. "AHHHHHHHH!" sounds really funny, the way he says it. bad voice quality, but good animation. FUNNY!
The segway was time saving and fun.

It's funny because it's true, but the screaming noise was used way too much when he was running away from the noobs. One off for that. Animation was ok, probably took alot of effort. A solid 8/10.
