It's a great looking animation right there. You did it very well. the fact who won or lost doesn't really concern me. The fact how you captured both of thier fighting styles and movements very well is outstanding. I liked that. Good work.
My only thing is you could had put some sound effects in it.

like first of all wehn sasuke was going to perform lion barrage , neji would have seen it because of his byakugan and the way you make sasuke use his moves makes him look like a retard who's having his first fight ...
it's pretty good
well it now as if he traced it Roalty. it's just that it looks very similar from the scenes in the series. like the way he did lion's barage is copied from the episode when sasuke first did it. or the way he drew the 8-trigram is almost the exact same way it was drawn in the episodes naruto vs neji. even though thier drawn well the way he did it look like copies of different scenes he just drew the character in place of the original. but aver all it was a great job

well it's a good way to learn the base of frame animation, but really tracing isn't so impressive. I wouldn't call it 'cheating' since people take all sorts of stuff and paste it together to make animations now-a-days. But if you really want to impress, try something original, use your own work, more vibrant colors , free style animation and don't give people something they can switch over to cartoon network at any given time to watch.
I know you put work into it, so bravo for that. I just wish I'd been entertained.
