Not bad, it's certainly a interesting style you're trying to go for. Why not try some frame by frame stuff instead of tweeing. I reckon that would look really awesome.

the effort you put in the flash was honorable, but the animation is the worst, the sky stop it movement, im fact is all bad animated after all.
