Good try
Alright, this was a good try, the animation wasn't bad, and the idea was quite good.
What i recommend to improve this is to make a much more detailed look towards the main character, and make it at least one minuete in length.
What also need improvement was the sprite part, don't mix vector drawing eg the grass, with sprites, it akes it look ugly.
Overall, It's a decent effort and deffenetly something to improve upon.
Perhaps one day in the future you could remake it.

Not bad. As already said, the graphics weren't amazing; perhaps pixel the retro sections rather than use squares.
I also thought that the plot was rather weak. Keep it up!

The movie wasn't laggy by the way. This is caused by the flash banners on NG itself. If you tell them to stop playing and turn the quality to low then the lagginess will stop ;)
