I have to disagree with Dustworm. I saw this animation as a short "Happy Holidays" kind of thing and so I don't believe there is any need at all for a setting or plot of any sort. Just a short, humorous look at how 80% of kids on Santa's lap are scared out of their wits. =P

I was in a mall today and this little kid was crying and he threw up over santa. So this was funny to watch!
