Next time ya have him eat glass or something, make sure he bleeds abit tho (it is fine for the flash if he is immune to the pain, but it needs some blood to give it some edge/effect for the viewers).

For some reason it reminded me a lot of Rugrats, only in a random-unrealistic kind of way. Its cute listening and watching what was going to happen next.
The marketplace did feel like it was dragging along but not by much. I would have liked it better if the cop just scratched his head and gave up looking instead of being knocked unconscious.
Should you make another one? Its really up to you.

That was alright,ok animation,didnt really get the point of it though,didnt really make me laugh,and im not sure its something that i would want to watch if you made it into a series

Very good line quality . Characters were drawn/animated really well. That police chase was humorous. Very good voice acting also. I really liked this movie, you did very well. :)
