<EXPLAINING THE JOKE>
In sympathy to those who don't have the heart to watch and comprehend exactly what is happening, I'm going to explain/ruin the joke in detail:
The video is a dramatic reading and illustrating of an actual fanfiction "Sonic in Search For Love", which has no connection to the author of this video.
The script is a real piece of fanfiction that someone actually wrote with the intention of it being erotic. The story was singled out for ridicule in the somethingawful forums, and this is one of the many parodies that resulted. The voices and drawings are intentionally bad and were designed as such in order to mock the story itself.
All of this becomes abundantly clear if you watch the video (especially when the voices start choking back laughter), but for those who, understandably, don't want to watch for more than 10 seconds, that is the explanation for why it is so bad.
Incidentally, for those looking for the original story, it doesn't seem to be freely available at the time of this review. The best you can do is google "Sonic in Search For Love" (including quotation marks) and hope for the best.
