Reviews for "Pinch Hitter 2 Full Game"

Good but too hard.

Too hard during the later stages/levels, but other than that it is a good game.

Good, but...

I HATE LEVEL 2!!!

Sure, it seems simple enough, "No moron is going to make level 2 the most annoyingly, HATEFULL, level in the game right?" Apparently not. Addictive as smoking, and probably deadlier (due to all the blood vessels that most likely burst over this). A 4/10 because it was a pretty game to look at, but nothing more.

Decent But Very Flawed

This is an enjoyable game, but it's hindered by some pretty big issues. While the concept is enjoyable, the absurd difficulty and the lack of information makes it more of a pain than a pleasure to play.

There's no tutorial at all. It took me forever to even realize that I could move the bat up and down, because there was nothing to explain how to move or when to hit. That alone was a pain that almost made me stop playing entirely.

Then, the missions. Most of them aren't too ridiculous - getting no strikes or outs is easy, and so is hitting a home run / two back to back home runs. However, the point missions are ridiculous. To get 10,000 points, you have to hit at least two homeruns - three to actually get over 10k. Regular hits are entirely useless because there is absolutely no way to reach the score just from regular hits, no matter how good. So once the score is 15,000, you then have to hit FOUR home runs in a park where it's even harder to get a home run.

On top of that, your score drops for strikes, outs, etc., which just makes things even more difficult. It's hard enough to reach the score as is, and it's even more annoying when your score takes a several hundred to one thousand point cut from a single mistake.

Then we have the mere fact that there are other players to catch the ball at all. The game is difficult enough as is without other characters catching every other ball (they caught three of mine in a row). That's even more of a hassle.

And finally, some of the detection seems to be off. On the Sandlot level, I hit well above the Homerun line, but it seems that, because I hit the score board, that didn't count as a home run.

Don't get me wrong. I like my games difficult. But this is just insane. Your score would've been much higher without some of these issues.

Jesus!

Hey buddy did u do that game for 2 lvl? bcause i'm playing about an hour and i couldn't pass lvl 2. and i am not a incapable ok :D

Nah, needs adjusting

Fun game, but challenge 2 was too difficult. It should just be 10 balls to avoid an out, not 1 strike you're out. :/ As soon as I got to 9 balls and had multiple double score homeruns, I accidently missed a ball and just decided to quit at that point. It should scale in difficulty more as yo complete challanges, not present a frustrating block at the second one. Also the music for the homerun got really annoying.
